Appeal Against Initial medical board

Respected sir,
It was my dream to join paf after completing my Mechanical Engineering from UET LHR i applied for SPSSC and after clearing test git rejected by medical board as my height was 1cm down the required limit of 5'4". Kindly grant me a time period of 45 days for remedical...i want to live my dream..i hope PAF will give me a chance to shine.Thank You
