The founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was a Shia and about 30–35 million people in Pakistan are Shias, but as fundamentalism has grown, a few extremist Sunni organisations, like the Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Jundullah, massacred many Shias. The Shias have also constituted a few organisations to counter the Sunnis. Hence the divide between both sects has augmented. Pakistan possesses nuclear warheads, and radicalism is increasing. Hence the whole world is worried that the nuclear warheads may fall in the hands of terrorist organisations. Sometimes back, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed that they are very near procuring nuclear warheads from Pakistan. The Pakistan government may not hand over nuclear weapons to terrorists, but extremists can procure these through some rogue employees.

The rulers of Pakistan, as well as the notorious ISI, also helped in enhancing fundamentalism and extremism in the country as they wanted to send religious fanatics to Afghanistan and India, especially Jammu and Kashmir, for terrorist attacks.

Rise of Fundamentalism and Terrorism

The general public of Pakistan was neither fundamentalist nor extremist when Pakistan was created in 1947. However, with passage of time, the rulers of the country began using Islam as a tool to give legitimacy to their rule. General Zia-ul–Haq, who dethroned and hanged Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and never conducted free, fair and democratic elections during his regime, gave utmost importance to the promulgation of Islamic laws and radicalised Pakistani society.

The rulers of Pakistan, as well as the notorious ISI, also helped in enhancing fundamentalism and extremism in the country as they wanted to send religious fanatics to Afghanistan and India, especially Jammu and Kashmir, for terrorist attacks. Fundamentalism also increased due to illiteracy, poverty, rampant corruption and apathy of the administration to provide basic necessities to the masses.

General Zia-ul-Haq and other Pakistani rulers wanted to obtain financial assistance from the Muslim world. Therefore, they enforced Sharia laws in the country. One Muslim country gave financial assistance to spread Sunni faith, while another Muslim country helped the Shias to counter the Sunnis. This radicalised both Sunnis and Shias in the country.

Role of Madrassas in Fomenting Terrorism

Madrassas, which impart religious education, became jihadi factories where extremists, terrorists and suicide bombers were produced, who were trained to slaughter their rivals and were spreading terrorism in the whole world. There is a definite linkage of terrorists and Pakistani madrassas.

These madrassas shelter not only terrorists but also criminals. The visas of more than 90 per cent of foreigners studying in the madrassas are expired

According to a rough estimate, there are approximately 24,000 registered madrassas in Pakistan. But the number of unregistered madrassas is much larger. These madrassas officially teach only Quranic Arabic and Islamic tenets. The rampant poverty and large number of children force parents to send their sons to these madrassas as they get free boarding, food and education.

In Saudi Arabia, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, etc., the religious schools are controlled by the government, so these schools do not tutor extremism and hatred towards other sects. However, in Pakistan, there is no control on these madrassas, which teach and preach only fundamentalism, extremism and terrorism.

These madrassas shelter not only terrorists but also criminals. The visas of more than 90 per cent of foreigners studying in the madrassas are expired. The inhabitants of madrassas are involved in extortion, loot, torture, terrorism, rape and several other heinous crimes.

The Pakistan government had sanctioned large amounts to modernise the registered madrassas and demolish the unregistered ones, but the government could not proceed because of opposition from fundamentalists.

Not only the students of madrassas become radical, so do their families, as well as their extended families. Several top commanders of terrorist organisations were either products of these madrassas or closely associated with them.

Pakistan became the epicentre of terrorism. The society became radical, and the secular-minded persons became silent spectators.

The Pakistan government should include scientific and modern education in madrassas. Their syllabus should be changed, modern teachers should be recruited and teachings of hate and extremism should be stopped. The government should also regularise the funding of madrassas.

Important Terrorist Outfits in Pakistan

Pakistan became the epicentre of terrorism. The society became radical, and the secular-minded persons became silent spectators. Several terrorist organisations and their splinter groups emerged in the country. The most powerful terrorist outfit is the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which came into existence in 2007, when several terrorist groups joined the TTP. This Sunni outfit, which has more than 20,000 trained cadres, states publicly that the organisation would impose Deobandi form of Nizam-e- Mustafa in the country.

TTP spokesman Muhammad Khurassani asserted on 8 May that the TTP shot down an MI-17 helicopter and killed the ambassadors of Norway and Philippines while the wives of Indonesian and Malaysian ambassadors also lost their lives. The Dutch and Polish ambassadors were grievously injured in the crash. The TTP spokesman claimed that they used a surfaceto- air missile, which was fired from the shoulder, and that their target was Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was also visiting that area.

Again on 20 April 20 2015, TTP spokesperson Khurassani claimed that the outfit has tested a missile namely Omar 1. He also mentioned that the missile, which was developed by the TTP, has a unique design and it can be assembled and dissembled very easily. The spokesman also emphasised that the outfit has machine guns, suicide vests, hand grenades, anti-jammer devices and several other latest arms and ammunition.

There is a need to eradicate extremism from the country. Terrorist organisations will die their own deaths if they do not get new recruits who are ready to sacrifice their lives in the name of religion.

Besides the TTP, there are several other terrorist organisations and their splinter groups, like Tehrik-e-Nafaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi (TNSM). The outfit is active on Pakistan– Afghanistan borders. Hafez Saeed, who is a protégée of the ISI, is the founder member of Lashkare- Taiba (LeT), which is considered to be one of the most powerful terrorist organisations in the region. It is involved in several terrorist attacks in India.

Sipah-i-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, al-Qaeda, Hizb-i-Islami Gulbuddin, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Tehri ul-Furgaan, Harakat-ul-Mujahideen and Harakat ul Jihad-i-Islami are other important terrorist groups. However, it is not feasible to give the names, areas of influence and active memberships of the terrorist organisations in Pakistan. New terror groups and their splinter groups emerge and finish when their leaders die, or they merge into other terrorist outfits.

There is a need to eradicate extremism from the country. Terrorist organisations will die their own deaths if they do not get new recruits who are ready to sacrifice their lives in the name of religion.

ISI, The State within State

The all-powerful Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) was constituted in 1948 to collect intelligence against Pakistan’s arch rival India, but soon it enhanced its sphere, and now it is involved in subversion and sabotage, murder and smuggling of drug, arms and ammunition. The ISI is headed by a serving lieutenant general who is the most powerful person after the chief of army staff. However, analysts mention that the ISI chief has more financial clout and extra constitutional powers.

The terrorists who toe the ISI line are protected and financed by them while the terrorists who are not implementing its orders are arrested, tortured and killed.

The accurate strength of the ISI is not in public domain, but analysts claim that it has strength of more than 10,000 officers and men. Besides the regular employees, the organisation has numerous sources, contacts, diplomatic contacts, strong-arm agents, support agents, saboteurs, smugglers, etc.

Several terrorist groups were raised, funded and sheltered by the nefarious ISI. In fact, al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden was residing in a cantonment area under the patronage of the ISI.

The ISI warned the terrorists funded and trained by it before the launch of operation Zarb-e-Azb; hence they left the North Waziristan area much before the army started the operation. Therefore, only those terrorists who are opposed to the ISI are being killed in the operation. The ISI applies rules unfairly to the terrorists. The terrorists who toe the ISI line are protected and financed by them while the terrorists who are not implementing its orders are arrested, tortured and killed. In fact, according to the WikiLeaks website, US authorities consider the ISI to be a terrorist organisation. There are ample proofs that the ISI supports terrorists; the Jalaluddin Haqqani group is a protégé of the ISI.

The ISI, which is deeply involved in drug smuggling, also subverts the elected government if the government is working against its policies. It is also an open secret that the ISI plays an overriding role in the internal politics of the country. President Ayub Khan, after the coup, started using the ISI against his opponents.

The ISI not only collects information about them but also is involved in extrajudicial killings at the behest of the Pakistani army.

At present, the ISI is extensively used against various nationalities, like the Balochis, Sindhis, Pashtuns, Muhajirs and residents of Waziristan and other areas. The ISI not only collects information about them but also is involved in extrajudicial killings at the behest of the Pakistani army. The ISI not only collects intelligence of the activities of opposition but also keeps an eye on the ruling party so that the elected government does not work against the interests of Pakistani armed forces.

Analysts mention that Imran Khan, leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI), and Tahir-ul-Qadri, of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), had launched an agitation against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif only to weaken the prime minister. Both these leaders demanded the resignation of Sharif and agreed on the mediation of the army chief, Raheel Sharif. The agitation diluted the position of elected prime minister in comparison to that of the army chief. Analysts mention that the ISI was behind the agitation because agitators cannot reach Islamabad without the tacit approval of security agencies.

The ISI played a vital role in making Pakistan a nuclear power. It is also responsible for enhancing extremism in the country. The ISI sponsored several madrassas in the country, especially in frontier areas, where terrorists were trained to carry out bomb blasts in India and Afghanistan.

A large number of terrorist groups and ISI-trained terrorists became disillusioned by the ISI and started violent activities in Pakistan. In fact, the TTP is killing Pakistani security forces personnel more than anybody else.

According to an estimate, illegal drug trade in the country is worth $2 billion a year and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) 2013 report mentions that more than 6.7 million Pakistanis use heroin and more than 5 million persons use charas.

The Way Ahead

Pakistan ranked 127th in the list of 175 countries in the Corruption Perception Index of 2013. It is very demoralising for the countrymen; hence, many times, seeing the rampant corruption, inefficiency and lack of basic services, the Pakistani masses feel that military dictatorship is better than the democratically elected government. But this pessimism must end as the country remained under direct military rule for more years than under a democratic government and even when civilian rulers were there, supremacy remained in the hands of military junta. In fact, military rule is not an alternative to civilian rule. The public must elect honest and competent persons who take the country out from the present impasse.

Pakistan is considered one of the most heroin-addicted countries in the world. According to an estimate, illegal drug trade in the country is worth $2 billion a year and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) 2013 report mentions that more than 6.7 million Pakistanis use heroin and more than 5 million persons use charas. The reprehensible ISI is deeply involved in the drug trade. It smuggles drugs to India. The money generated through drug trade is used to finance several terrorist outfits. However, in the process of smuggling drugs to India, substantial amounts of drugs are consumed by Pakistanis and a sizeable number of youths have become drug addicts. Pakistani authorities must stop this dirty game; in a bid to harm its arch-rival India, the ISI has damaged its own country more. Therefore, drug peddlers must be punished severely and earlier the better.

Pakistani rulers, both military and civil, must try to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country. Analysts point out that operation Zarb-e-Azb is a farce. Pakistani authorities cautioned the terrorist groups five months before the launch of the operation so that the terrorists could migrate to Afghanistan and carry out terrorist activities there. The so-called good Taliban, including the Haqqani group, migrated to safe places. Jalaluddin Haqqani and other senior leaders stay in Islamabad; hence any offensive in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) is of little relevance. The Pakistani army must try to eradicate the hazard of terrorism.

It is high time that Pakistani authorities take the resentment of various ethnic groups, minorities and underprivileged persons more seriously and try to solve their problems amicably and honestly.

The ISI, which is described as a rogue organisation, should stop distinguishing between ‘good’ and bad Taliban. It must realise that terrorists have no religion and they have only mastered the art of killing people. Previously, they were involved in terrorist activities in Afghanistan, India and other places; now they have targeted Pakistan. Law-enforcing agencies should arrest and eliminate terrorists of all types and restore peace in the country.

It is high time that Pakistani authorities take the resentment of various ethnic groups, minorities and underprivileged persons more seriously and try to solve their problems amicably and honestly. The secessionist tendencies among ethno-linguistic groups are enhancing very fast and if the dominant Punjabis do not share the resources of the country, Pakistan may face another partition and then another separation. Pakistan, instead of blaming foreign powers, should reform its house.

Judiciary is an important pillar of democracy. However, analysts mention that due to rampant corruption, political and financial manipulation, the independence of the judiciary remains under a cloud. The judiciary keeps checks and balances on executive and legislature; hence Pakistan must restore the independence of the judiciary.

The fundamentalists have explained religion in such a way that all rights of women have been snatched away and they are discriminated against in all fields of life. Pakistan is at number 135 out of 136 countries covered in the Global Gender Gap Report 2013. No country can progress if 50 per cent of its population is considered as second-rate citizens. The condition of women must be improved. Last month, women were not allowed to cast their votes in the local bodies’ election in Lower Dir in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. The election commissioner declared the election null and void after women rights groups and civil society groups raised objections. However, it indicates the mentality of the residents of these areas. The thinking should be changed.

China wants that India should not progress economically; hence it extends all types of assistance to Pakistan. In this way, Pakistan considers China as its best friend and helps terrorists to carry out terrorist activities in India.

Pakistan erroneously feels that India was behind the creation of Bangladesh and it must take revenge from India. Bangladesh disaffiliated from Pakistan because of atrocities committed by the army. The time has come when India and Pakistan should inculcate friendly relations with each other. Pakistan should discontinue sending terrorists to India; the training camps run by the sinister ISI must be closed. Pakistan, as a good gesture, should hand over Dawood Ibrahim with all his accomplices. Pakistan should also accord the Most Favoured Nation status to India so that legal trade between both countries enhances as it will help both countries.

The People’s Republic of China wants that India should not progress economically; hence it extends all types of assistance to Pakistan. In this way, Pakistan considers China as its best friend and helps terrorists to carry out terrorist activities in India. Although this harms India, these terrorist activities are more harming to Pakistan now.

Pakistan should also try to solve the Kashmir issue bilaterally with India. If the issue cannot be sorted out amicably, then it is better to sort it out later; but both countries should avoid utilising their scarce resources to purchase arms and ammunition; this money should be spent in the development of the countries and in poverty alleviation. However, Pakistani generals as well as leaders continue to issue statements and infiltrate terrorists into the country, which vitiates the atmosphere.

The statement of Pakistan chief of army staff, Raheel Sharif, of 3 June, at the National Defence University (NDU) Islamabad, that Kashmir was ‘an unfinished agenda of partition’ and ‘Pakistan and Kashmir are inseparable’ is highly objectionable. These types of statements may please the fanatics in Pakistan but are very unfortunate for peace. Pakistani leaders must desist from such statements and concentrate more on the development of the poor masses.

About the Author

Jai Kumar Verma, is a Pakistan watcher and has written extensively on the nefarious designs of the ISI, smuggling of fake Indian currency notes, etc. He is a strategic analyst and delivers lectures in training academies of paramilitary and intelligence organisations.

Is this the level of analyses that is to be expected? It is riddled with inaccuracies and worst off stereotypes. For a 'Pakistan watcher', it, to me, shows what's wrong with the manner in which we approach each other. Dismissive, defensive, biggotted and blindsided by hearsay rather than pure hard facts.

I would love to answer this gentleman point by point against his base premises and I believe this is what PDF should do. I would welcome constructive deliberation on the article. Please, avoid flame-wars.

Hey, H-man, what's been up??
There's nothing new but this is an intellectual attack and requires an answer in kind.
Just a bored, Pakistanophic Indian on a boozed weekend predicting doom for Pakistanis, what was new in this article?

. . . .
Such rhetoric cannot pass for anything academic. Our enemy needs to do better. I'll post it up as soon as I am able. Thanks!

Their rhetoric may be non-academic, but a rational point-wise response from our side would nonetheless be very welcome!

Lets keep this thread for constructing a response by Collective effort, given the time constraint, I will address the article in parts over the period of time.....You can merge my response with yours.

This part of the Article is actually a farce. This is not the first time a report has been published questioning Pakistan's ability to keep its Nuclear Strategic assets secured. In 2011, a report published by The Atlantic, titled 'The Ally from Hell', have had raised similar concerns that the Terrorism & Fundamentalism in Pakistan is on the rise and it will be in no time the Nukes will be captured by some terrorist organization.
However in response to this report US Embassy had officially refuted the reports and backed the statement by Pakistan Foreign Office. The actual statement of US Embassy Islamabad reads:

The US government's views have not changed about nuclear security in Pakistan. We have confidence that the Pakistan government is well aware of the range of potential threats to its nuclear arsenal and has accordingly given very high priority to securing its nuclear weapons and materials effectively. Pakistan has a professional, highly motivated, and dedicated security force that fully understands the importance of nuclear security.

This did not just end here, in 2010 Nuclear Security Summit President Obama himself had remarked in regard to Pakistan's nuclear security as:
'I feel confident about Pakistan's security around its nuclear weapons programs'
Pakistan Strategic command has been working in great coordination with IAEC to enhance its Command & Control system, and this effort has been recognized by IAEC itself.
In order to secure its Nuclear Assets, they have been kept in component form, for a layman to understand, they are kept in a piece by piece form, and not in a single place.
TO further enhance the security capacity, a dedicated force of Special Protection Unit has been raised that has been trained for the specific purpose of securing Nuclear stations. The force has been trained on international standards having its dedicated Assault teams, Intelligence Wing & Logistics.

I think this should be enough??

Heres the transcript of Nuclear Summit, if anyone comes asking for a reference

.
The Indians and westerners, particularly Americans share Indian sentiments and their line of thinking. I haven't read a single piece by a westerner which does not have a cynical view of Pakistan or blames Pakistan directly for the problems these westerners themselves created. Why did the US support the terrorists in Afghanistan in 1980's... but no how can americans look at their own mistakes. They need someone to blame and the natural scapegoat here is Pakistan.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sir I am on their defence forums I read them daily also their defense analysts they are nothing but full of shit and pathetically hilarious and stupid points. I have started the read them as comic material rather than serious stuff.

.
Let me start with first thing that appears in Mr. Pakistan watcher’s article, the Map. I believe he would not have chosen it himself but it is still his writing and anything associated with this writing is his ownership. Well NWFP? Seriously? We are still living in 80s I think (as is apparent from rest of the article), if someone would have cared and watched Pakistan carefully he would have known there is no more any area called NWFP, its KPK now (the land IK wants me to believe he has turned into heaven and the province of my ancestral city). Anyhow this may be an honest omission, however, the fault lines mentioned on the map the red dots (assuming those dots somehow depict dividing Pakistan into two or many parts), if suppose I follow them then area on the West seems to end up with both PMA and Risalpur and PNA is left with Pakistan on East side, I don’t know if this is really that easy. And my hometown is also mentioned as some place infested with insurgency, may be it is true, the fact that I have learnt here on PDF is no matter what I am a Pakistani or Muslim or whatever but Indians understand my countrymen better than me, Indians understand Muslims better than me, and now apparently an Indian Pakistan watcher understands my area better than me.

“The founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was a Shia and about 30–35 million people in Pakistan are Shias, but as fundamentalism has grown, a few extremist Sunni organisations, like the Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Jundullah, massacred many Shias. The Shias have also constituted a few organisations to counter the Sunnis. Hence the divide between both sects has augmented.”

The author pretty much failed to avoid his own mentality of identifying people based on their classes and castes, may be that is the reason he has started his article on a note to describe which sect founder of Pakistan had and what faith he followed, based on this he tried gathering sympathies of Shia Muslims for the noble cause he is about to undertake (yes you got it right make me brainless Pakistani understand that how Pakistan Army and ISI are against me and why I should boycott them). But I fail to understand why he could not hide the typical ranking of hating Muslims based on their sects, it is like hate Sunnis most, support Shia against Sunni, but when Sunni are not around hate Shia too, like he finally had to admit,

This radicalised both Sunnis and Shias in the country.”

Further, he himself mentions there are few Sunni and Shia organisations that are involved in sectarianism and killing each other, but somehow he then assumes that these few organizations can be taken as representative of Pakistani society at large, when you refer to a grave problem you don’t choose words like few you choose words like numerous, many, countless, you quote facts, stats and link them to proper sources, but somehow this Pakistani Watcher gave an impression of being under influence of some serious stuff and assumed that reader should accept whatever he is writing as true and a fact.

Yes Pakistan is suffering from sectarianism, but is it that huge a threat that we should start worrying about nukes? Apparently this piece was published in September 2015, but somehow writer is forcing an image of Pakistan in 2007 on his readers. Both Civilian and Military leadership have taken concrete steps to curtail down the hate speech, sectarianism, corruption and terror incidents, Pakistan of today is very much different than Pakistan of some past years when we would watch daily news of bomb attacks etc. Further, let me refer to Karachi a cosmopolitan city as an example here, the populace of Karachi is mix, Sunni, Shia, Bohri, Christian, Hindu, Parsi and others, Karachi is one of the cities that has experienced worst of the violence and killing, but when state acted and took charge and when things started being made public, we all came to know that mostly that city suffered at the hands of the most liberal politicians and their parties, there never have been large scale street fighting between different people of Karachi, it never happened that a Sunni and Shia neighbor attacked each other and tried killing each other. So instead of painting our society as being radicalized I would have appreciated if Mr. Watcher could express an unbiased analysis including how India would benefit from anarchy in Pakistan and what are chances of Indian involvement in what Pakistan and Pakistanis suffered through out last decade. Mere giving an astonished expression that “But how could RAW be involved in all this, is not enough”, when you repeatedly call ISI a notorious organization, then I don’t know how you expect your country’s similar organization to be angels. May be it is because you did some serious stuff before picking up a pen and started writing your obsolete observations about Pakistan.

“Pakistan possesses nuclear warheads, and radicalism is increasing. Hence the whole world is worried that the nuclear warheads may fall in the hands of terrorist organizations. Sometimes back, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed that they are very near procuring nuclear warheads from Pakistan. The Pakistan government may not hand over nuclear weapons to terrorists, but extremists can procure these through some rogue employees.”

I am really not an expert on these matters, but still if I wanted to write something on this I would have made some sense, when I said you did something serious before writing this gem I was right, the drugs you referred to in your writing may be its just mentioning of those drugs that made you feel high?

Well my only response to this is I saw a street vendor the other day in Pakistan pushing a cart covered with a blanket, and raising slogans like “10 rupay kay darjan” (A dozen for PKR 10), my young kid insisted that I buy him whatever that vendor was selling, upon asking the vendor what was under the cover he said SPD, PAEC, PNRA and rest of blah blah have scrapped some nukes and I am selling those, nothing new for me I told my son these are not good quality, we will buy some when there is grand sale opening announcement. And I told the vendor to buy a cargo van instead of a cart, in light of growing radicalization there is a good chance that some kids may snatch his goods to celebrate Shab e barat. Rest you can yourself figure out how difficult it is to buy good quality nukes in Pakistan I would advise ISIS to keep watch on news and when there is a grand sale opening of nukes they should try their luck then, they will be able to witness better variety and better goods.

Rise of Fundamentalism and Terrorism

In nutshell what author has tried to prove here is that Pakistan wanted to secure money from different countries so it’s Army, Civilian government and agencies preyed on their own people and turned them into terrorists. The other countries being saints had no interests involved, be it war against communism, be it threatening Pakistan over Durand line or be it backstabbing Pakistan in 1971. It was just Pakistan’s lust for money and all of the rest, invasions, WOT just happened because of that.

Role of Madrassas in Fomenting Terrorism

Well pretty much fair, except that author has said nothing new that we already don’t know and he has not provided any concrete suggestions too. All in all a general assessment of the situation which any normal common person who watches lots of talk shows on Tv can do.

Important Terrorist Outfits in Pakistan

Now this is an important and interesting area, and this is where author gave away his biased views and bigoted thoughts. Per him

“TTP, Tehrik-e-Nafaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi (TNSM), Hafez Saeed,Sipah-i-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, al-Qaeda, Hizb-i-Islami Gulbuddin, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Tehri ul-Furgaan, Harakat-ul-Mujahideen and Harakat ul Jihad-i-Islami are other important terrorist groups. However, it is not feasible to give the names, areas of influence and active memberships of the terrorist organisations in Pakistan. New terror groups and their splinter groups emerge and finish when their leaders die, or they merge into other terrorist outfits.”

Mr. Watcher hello daaaah, BLA, BRA, Sindudesh etc. etc. don’t you know about these or you think these are Muktibahini types so they can’t be terrorists? Remember we are watching Pakistan and terrorists need to be viewed from Pakistan’s perspective?

Further, Mr. Watcher has referred to bogus claims of TTP possessing man-pad SAM and a missile Omer-I which can be assembled and disassembled at ease. As far as my limited knowledge permits me I think the land TTP had its sanctuaries on, was never famous for research and technological institutes and scientists. God knows how (or people atsensitive positions should know) (if TTP has any of these) they got hold of this equipment. Because our notorious ISI and the Army which I should boycott have been fighting TTP and killing them in their safe hideouts, so it cannot be ISI or Pak Army who provided them all this it must be someone who is enemy with Pakistan who would support TTP, let me guess who that enemy is who wants to harm Pakistan, hmmmmmm who that can be, hmmmmmm difficult guess, hmmmm Greenland! oh yeah it must be Greenland they must be the ones, because they burn our flags there and they are not happy with CPEC at all, plus they have serious reservations about Gawadar port. Those little bast*rds they thought we won’t know.

ISI, The State within State

This is what Mr. Watcher had to say

“At present, the ISI is extensively used against various nationalities, like the Balochis, Sindhis, Pashtuns, Muhajirs and residents of Waziristan and other areas.”

I always knew ISI are from Mars, see they don’t like Balochis, Sindhis, Pashtuns, Muhajirs, opposition, and ruling party, so in nutshell ISI does not like anything Pakistani. It can be Martians or the Greenland only who would hate Pakistanis this much. Further, Mr. Watcher blames ISI for

“The all-powerful Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) was constituted in 1948 to collect intelligence against Pakistan’s arch rival India, but soon it enhanced its sphere, and now it is involved in subversion and sabotage, murder and smuggling of drug, arms and ammunition.“

And interestingly he ends up educating us that it is mainly ISI the reason why Pakistanis are falling victims to drugs. Again ISI is hell bent on destroying Pakistanis and their youth, no doubt they are Martians. Their cover will be soon blown away these alien creatures will be identified once India’s Mars mission confirms location of their (ISI’s) HQ on Mars. The author referred to a UNDOC,

https://www.unodc.org/unodc/secured/wdr/wdr2013/World_Drug_Report_2013.pdf

and used it to come up with numbers of Herwonchi and Charsi Pakistanis. But he failed to acknowledge that at least Pakistan was courageous enough to share the data, some of the countries did not even do that, now if I assume that Mr. Watcher is correct in his analysis of ISI, then he should not have any problem with my conclusion that RAW is mainly responsible for keeping Indians deprived of toilets and it incites rape sentiments in its society to achieve its angelic goals.

The Way Ahead

And finally author wrote lengthy paragraphs out of love for Pakistan and Pakistanis in this regard.

The summary of what he is suggesting is “Hello dumb Pakistanis do you get it Zarb e Azb is a farce, ISI helped you become nuclear power but it is also a drug dealer that has forced your people into drugs, China is not your friend it wants to hurt India a super power so it is using you, the religion you have been following all your life has been wrongly taught to you, you are so sexist and oppress your females to such an extent that they have hardly seen daylight, you should be thankful that India did not help in doing Bangladesh, the only way ahead for Pakistan is forget Kashmir and award India the most Favorable Nation status ”

I would have believed you Mr. Watcher but you know what I like cricket and your country always cancels the series with my country, it does not allow Pakistani players to participate in sports in leagues being played in your country. And I cannot tolerate all this, so I am not going to listen to your friendly, balanced, mature, knowledgeable advice and analysis, for this reason I will prefer to be drugged by ISI and ruled by Pakistan Army, I will beat our females 10 times a day and I swear won’t let them see the day light, if only you would have kept sports away from our politics, do you get it you are responsible for all that I am going to do, Oh God why why why why I had to read writing.

.
Sadly, they garner influence as they are not properly addressed.
Sir I am on their defence forums I read them daily also their defense analysts they are nothing but full of shit and pathetically hilarious and stupid points. I have started the read them as comic material rather than serious stuff.

.
Such rhetoric cannot pass for anything academic. Our enemy needs to do better. I'll post it up as soon as I am able. Thanks!
This is why they are always caught with their cheap shots, usual diarrhea not need to be taken seriously, but I appreciate that you noticed and draw our attention towards their another insoluble dilemma of adolescence :D
