If the West is still friendly and wants cooperation, it's okay.

If not, then it's fine.


Russia and China should keep move on.

In my opinion, China should help Russia to build its economy and development.

As well as working together in research and many other development programs.

The West is always finding excuses to halt the progress of Russia and China, but the West themselves keep continue in military development and expansion.

And one day, when Russia and China are waking up, they are already surrounded and far behind in military development.
