A query regarding PAF

While seeing the hullaboloo raised by the IAF and MoD regarding the the different agreements (CISMoA,LSA etc) that India was required to sign ,but did not resulting in some hi-tech components not coming, I wondered did the PAF sign the same for acquiring aircrafts like the F-16,C-130 or the Cobras ??

yes we have signed all such agreements!
