30pc air pollution in Punjab comes from India: WB

Pakistan punjab grows more crops, check out wheat, corn, cotton, rice etc and combine them. India punjab is only known for good wheat production. And huge chunk of Pak punjab is desert unlike Indian punjab.

Punjab always been a desert, farming was intensified by british made canals.

Current Indian punjab has a quarter of Pakistan punjab agri land, combine haryana and himachal and you Indian side almost produces double that of Pakistans, mainly using fertilizer, gypsum, hybrids and mechanization.

Cant find similar desert stats for Rajasthan but they being a desert state fare almost equal to your punjab in nutrition-

While 31.5% of children under 5 are stunted in Pakistan’s Punjab, compared to 24.5% in Indian Punjab and 31.8% in Rajasthan, a district-level examination shows that the Pakistani districts bordering Indian Punjab have lower stunting rates than the districts adjoining the Rajasthan border.

Thal desert isn't irrigated and neither choolistan. And neither Potohar region. They make up 50% of Pakistan punjab area. India punjab no doubt is ahead on per acre wheat production because of better water avaibility thanks to unfair IWT. India control water flow, thats harsh reality we live with.

Dude!

how many of you really beleieve IWT is unfair for real? For us it is actually unfair giving up those western rivers fully, and the excess waters you get are so poorly managed that pakistan doesnt even utilize what it gets.

You have those deserts because you did nothing to build new canals for 75 years, and nothing about gypsum modulation or hybris seeds/fertilizers optimization.

Blame your deserts on yourself, not some 70 year old treaty, you've had enough time.

Pakistan Punjab gets on average 30 per cent of the air pollution from the Indian state of Punjab under the predominant wind direction from the northwest to the southeast.

But under that wind direction Indian Punjab must get air pollution from Pakistani Punjab (and not the other way around)
