3 US soldiers killed , 2 wounded in Afghanistan

In eastern Afghanistan, attackers killed three U.S. soldiers Monday, a Western official said.

The deaths occurred just south of a base in Ghazni province when an explosion hit the vehicle the soldiers were traveling in, said the official who asked to remain anonymous because he is not authorized to discuss the incident with media outlets.

Two Americans were wounded as well, the official said.

There are fears of future events like 9/11 still. America can't just retreat.

If OBL (who probably has an IQ to that of a rock) can plan an event like 9/11, there is some crazy terrorist out there who can do a whole lot more. America isn't going to leave WoT until they feel satisfied that they have destroyed and disarmed every single Anti-American terrorist organization out there.

I think If they were really serious about it they would focus on immigration. Cut down immigrants and visa's from nations hostile to them.

Well then the only obvious reasons left I guess are that American Army need's some action then? Maybe some good stories for future history books? Want to destabilize other countries for their own gain? Oh and did I mention, want to get a hold of Pak's Nukes (for fear of terrorists who can't even man a rifle properly, probably don't even understand english and getting a hold of them and operating them) even though they pose no threat to them?
