I think only operational aircrafts should be in the top 10 list. And it depends with what we are comparing like with latest technology, with operational success rates (with historical backgrounds), with capabilities and with what.. I don't figure out what you are comparing with.

I think pak should focus for the nuclear energy, the vital infrastructure of the economy. The more nukes, the more cost will rise for it's maintenance. To try first is to be a NSG member for the clean way use of energy for the civilians.

We don't need to quote the history. we should compare the current strength and capabilities of the Air Forces. The Top 10 list displayed is totally nonsense.

Maybe IT was an old story. Musharraf released the tensions of US to PAK by allowing US to use PAK airbases in invading Afghanistan. US is now helping PAK by selling arms like modern fighter aircarfts.

Indonesia Air Force surely need to be upgraded. Flankers will be right choice for Area Defence. I think it might be Su-30MK+ versions and will be awesome if it's with AESA.

To be combat ready and hav full abilities for PAK FA, it needs more fund and more times, maybe plus 10 years or more. from 2015 ? It isn't possible. What if the anti-stealth technology appears in coming two decades? What if the 5-gen age is over before the PAK KA gets ready. ? I think...
