I got commission in PAF 113 Non GD Course but due to a mild fracture I could not join the academy. Now I am interested again in 115 Non GD Course. Please you explain will I have any advantage?

I need guidance please

I was selected in PAF 113-Non GD Course-Engg Brach but could join academy due to an accident and hand fracture. I have recovered Alhamdullilah again and want to apply again. I want to ask whether my last chance has been wasted or still I have 2 chances? Please guide. Thanks Saif
