Both arguments are correct in their own right, but I've always seen Pakistan as a nation who is very ready to help. Internally, the matters are not that easy. You face corruption, nepotism, feudal lords etc, so to fix issues within is not a poor doctor's handywork.

This is really sad! I cannot even begin to imagine what the poor mother is going through. Two sons dead within matter of couple of years? Zulm ki inteha hai yeh!

What a shameful event for any nation, for any human. When are we going to learn to live with each other? Greed has taken away our compassion and the ability to think before acting. It is a sad fact but killing another has become a norm of another.
