I think PAF can still gain air superiority over IAF, despite the numerical disadvantage and technology gap, by exploiting IAF's weak maintenance, upkeep, depleting inventory and especially the logistic problems in any future air combats?

Does anyone know the current attrition rate in PAF especially for the last decade? I just read an old article from Air Marshal (Retd) AYAZ AHMAD KHAN that talked about attrition rate in PAF between 1991 and 1998 and that seemed to be high.
