How would feel if gilgit province was developed on the blueprints of Switzerland. Do you think that infrastructure would be useful in gilgit

such kind of extensive infrastructure would be useless in current times. as other regions need the fund more than Gilgit-Baltistan (areas of Balochistan and south Punjab)
the government should focus on low investment high return projects (road construction from Gilgit to Chitral for the cpec western corridor )

there are two main recousers in gilgit-baltistan
the people and the mountains, both need to be invested upon

Well said, need to further invest in education, the rest things will work out.

But gilgit would be the easiest to control and develop in a short time. They dont need alot of work, the other regions you mentioned need a complete overhaul.

We already know how unequal growth of a country leads to internal problems i.e Balochistan.

Yes, that might be the benchmark planning wise, but this is the real world where everything is down in steps and in a controlled environment. Gilgit will be perfect for this, then the project should move to balochistan, since it's less populated and all they need is some good planed urbanization, followed by idustrlization of farming and mining. After that it should be KPK and Karachi.

Then sindh and Punjab. Punjab last because it seems to be holding it's own currently, so might as well just leave it for a bit, till the rest of the issue is figured out
