I want to keep things civil too, but some of the Indians here are quite aggressive. Sure, one can not put all of them in one basket and treat them all the same, but it gets quite tiring reading their posts of delusions of grandeur. I would love to use report button but usually the report takes too late to be processed.

I usually tag mod's along with reports but I don't exactly know which of the mod's are online at that particular moment. This is just a proposal but if you could add a live conversation bar for mod's/admin, it would be a great feature and would result in quick and swift justice.
