Contact High Commission and ask to be transferred to a defence attache. Tell him/her you want to join and they will send a form. Fill it in and send it back. You will be called for an interview. If you pass, you will be invited for medical, etc in Pakistan and if you pass that you're in. When the next long course starts, you will be called to PMA.
