I'm average myself not much muscles but got a 6 pack.

How long time does it take to workout 1-2 hours 2-3 times a week?

Time is the biggest issue for me, it feels like such a waste of time to workout so much to gain muscles. I could do other things with that time.

Yes Bodybuilding competition. I worktout 3h a day and 6 days a week. But i do it professional so no need for you to copy that. Do you already train? If you want i can make you a training plan. For me my sport is evrything. I only hate cardio. But hey its important too.
