I doubt he's Chinese. Claiming to be Chinese on the internet does not automatically make him Chinese.

It's worth the effort. He's picking on people like Sanchez, who has been around for many years.

I'm pretty certain Jhungary is oppressing others. Standing up for other PDF members is worth the effort.

I agree with you. I really doubt he is Chinese. Judging from his posts, I highly doubt he is Chinese. I frankly don't even understand what their jobs or contributions are in this website. Those "think - tanks" and above are just copying and pasting from media and add their twisted and highly questionable opinions.

I have been on many forums for years. I've encountered many Chinese members. This guy does not seem Chinese one bit.

Chinese tend to mention something about China. This guy doesn't. He just keeps posting anti-China comments.

Also, he keeps insisting "I'm Chinese." Most Chinese would not say that. When asked, I say I was born in Keelung Taiwan. I can answer questions about Taiwan from the 1970s.

Yeah, I thought the same thing about that guy. His posts were mostly dissing the Chinese achievements. I know that no Chinese will show disrespect for their achievements.

He doesn't feel right. Everything he writes and his attitudes say non-Chinese.

Even if he's ethnically Chinese (which I strongly doubt), he's still pretty obnoxious as a person. Most people are here for a discussion. He makes it personal.

On top of that, the guy is pretty dumb. He can't seem to reason properly.

Good link. He's actually Vietnamese-Mexican. Our instincts were right. This guy has been lying. He's not even 1% Chinese.
Jhungary quote (post #70 in your reference thread): "My mother was ethnic Vietnamese-Chinese (Not the Mountain People) and my dad was an Mexican American. They meet during he height of Vietnam war."

Several of my friends are a bit harsh on CCP but they all love and care about China. Not a single on of my friends laugh or dis Chinese achievement. So both of us knew that this guy is suspicious.

BTW, @Martian2, were/are you in semiconductor industry? I just have few questions and I need your insight(I am making a career transition and applied to several graduate schools in the US and may need your advice). But I do not want to discuss my background info on here.. So I was wondering if I can get your email address and I can ask you some questions in private... IF you are comfortable.
Martian2
Martian2
Sorry, I never worked in the semiconductor industry.
Martian2
Martian2
Why? He opposed China's policy in the South China Sea. I'm going to expose him as non-Chinese. It's worth it.

Ah no problem - nonetheless, I really appreciate your insight on semiconductor industry ! I really do. Also, to the person above, why not? He is abusing his title to give negative ratings. Also, I don't think the webmaster will care about him being a false flagger.

Come on. I don't know if you've noticed, but the moderators are not even-handed. In fact, most of them tend to be anti-Chinese. You're not going to get anywhere with a petition.

What's GHQ?
Martian2
Martian2
GHQ has a problem. I doubt they'll do anything. The staff is pro-Indian, because they have the largest presence. Now, they're pro-Vietnamese and Mexican. That doesn't look viable.
Martian2
Martian2
Tell you what. I'll try GHQ. Here's what I'm going to say. Jhungary is not among one of the 56 officially recognized groups by the Chinese government. He should stop claiming "I'm Chinese" and he should stop flying the Chinese flag.
Martian2
Martian2
I couldn't have said it better. Mind if I take a snap-shot of your reasoning and put it in my GHQ thread?
Martian2
Martian2
Okay. I'll just debate with them.
Martian2
Martian2
I disagree. I can't claim he's not Chinese based on his political views. I can only claim he's not Chinese, because he really isn't Chinese. You can't stop a real Chinese (like Aiweiwei) for being anti-China. Aiweiwei is rare. However, we have a non-Chinese claiming to be Chinese. The only way to exclude him is his non-Chineseness.
Martian2
Martian2
You've been helpful. The point is that Ai Weiwei can fly the Chinese flag. We just have to put up with it.
However, we shouldn't have to put up with a non-Chinese flying the Chinese flag. That's fraud.
