Incidentally, Col. Simeon came to La Martiniere, but that was after I had passed out (I joined La Martiniere from SSP). I used to know his son reasonably well; we have lost touch over the last six to seven years.
You now Sir Simon's son ...wow he was our first principal ...He was from Signals and you know the funny part the school dorms were designed by some French Architect
I joined in 1995 passed out in 2002 , but believe residential schools have their own values ...I don't know what my life would have been if I dint joined that school
Anyways talk to you later , you know the best thing I liked about school is letters which I receive from my mom and the last day before holidays even today before catching the flight still have same feelings
Oh sir i work in kind of a very big investment bank so bit skeptical when it comes to make mails public , I will drop a mail to you and will be interestwd in your school stories ...for us the night cooking was one of it adventures stealing chapaties from mess and making parathas
