Suspected militants on Monday killed two police officials in different areas of Quetta.

QUETTA : "Unknown miscreants opened fire at a police constable in the Killi Deba area of Quetta," said police officials. They added the constable died on the spot.

In another incident, suspected militants opened fire near the Passport Office area and killed another police official on duty.

The attackers managed to escape from the scene in both cases, with police officials terming the incidents as acts of target killings.

Both attacks took place with in a span of two hours.

The bodies were taken to Civil Hospital Quetta for postmortem.

Balochistan has been experiencing incidents of violence and targeted killings for over a decade. The largest province of the country by area, is home to a insurgency by ethnic Baloch separatists.

Al Qaeda-linked and sectarian militants also operate in the region. The province shares borders with Afghanistan and Iran.

I think you must be Hazara thus the sympathy. Us Pakistanis problem is we don't have empathy for ethnic groups or even religious groups that are suffering in our midst. I am from the muhajir community and know how extreme this problem is amongst us. We hate everyone other than us and then expect others to respect us. Respect is a 2 way street.

If you notice it is very much the same in the religious sense which is perhaps why I was a little harsh on you about comments you made against Ahmedis. I have no intention of hurting you but we Pakistanis need to have empathy and think about others rather than just our ethnic or religious group. The precise reason so little has been done against the hazara genocide is the extreme muteness adopted by those who are Pakistanis but not from the hazara community. Hazaras alone cannot fight hordes of ideologically motivated LeJ killers.

I hope you understand my point of view, sister if nothing else. Ahmedis are suffering like the Hazaras and the same people who kill Hazaras are killing them too. I want an inclusive Pakistan. An equal Pakistan for Hazara, Ahmedi, Hindu or Muslim. I wish you my prayers and my respect for what you and your community have gone through. The tigers like Changezi and Major Shujaat are alive in jannah.

It's true we're less hurt and active for these hazaras because it's human nature that one who suffers feels the pain best than others who don't .

I'm not a hazara either , I'm resident of Quetta since birth but I do have sympathy for this vulnerable innocent community who've been butchered mercilessly .
I care less for anyone's ethinicity or race. Religion and humanity matters most to me , all are equal for me shia , Ahmadi , christian , . And I'll stand with every one who's victim of any kind of atrocities and injustice in my city .

.

I'm not muhajir so I can't say anything about them , but I never felt any hate amongst muhajirs , I believe arrogance and disdain is an individual trait . I found muhajirs enlightened and yes they're also very sharp tongue . We've a small community of muhajirs in a conservative city like Quetta too but they're known as one of intelligent people and they're respected but they seem to leave Quetta now .
I never knew muhajirs hate others except themselves not sure but I read somewhere that muhajirs are discriminated .

Yes , exactly .
We need to put ethinicity , race , nation , language behind and prefer humanity over all and should stand against all those atrocities committed on any community of our country .

After all, this is our home , we all fought together for this beautiful land . We've to protect it .

Prophet muhammad saww said : "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one."

I realised it's stupid , idiotic , immature, senseless to talk on such issues as ahmadis when doesn't have the complete grasp on such sensitive topics .
I just have some religious differences with them , I dont have any hard feelings for ahmadis they're same to me as hazaras who've been killed for having a different set of beliefs . But it's wise to put aside all religious differences in this sensitive state .
I respect their feelings and rights in this beautiful state , no hard feelings to any of my ahmadi brother , @Pakistani Exile @Musafir117 @Azlan Haider .

Pakistan is in sensitive state and it's moronic to further exploit such issues .

Thankyou .
Indeed jannah is a home for innocents .

I just wish day comes when Quetta will also be considered an equal city of pakistan to pakistanis and they can feel the pain of Quetta citizens .
I just wish all pakistanis from all pakistan should also come to quetta and I want much more interaction between pakistanis and quetta .

I live in the city that have been nourishing me so it's rightful to raise it's voice and enlighten the world of its pains .

As I told you earlier , giving and taking one's lives is only the right of Allah subhanu taalaa and humans are in great ignorance today . They'll be held accountable on the day of judgement in the court of Allah subhanu taalaa
Allah the Aadil will ask them their every unjust , Surely he's the best justice .
