Perhaps but it is you who is complaining over Chinese attempts to block Indian project not vice verse. Remember When Chinese developed ICBM, India wasnt the threat they had in mind, it was the US and USSR but for India its obviously China. Read this:

With the above attitude of India you cant expect a country like China to remain insensitive and calm. It is clear how India views China, and hence there is no point in complaining when they react accordingly.

Is China really so scared of India that it has started opposing each and every thing that India proposes? I fail to understand whats making China behave like this. We know India is trolling China on NSG and embarrassing them on Masood Azhar but opposing a heritage status in UNESCO indicates at some paranoia or deep hatred. Is it because of Agni IV & V or is it because of Brahmos & Akash to Vietnam? Is it the success of Mangalyan or the growing popularity of grand old Dalai Lama world wide?

Quit over estimating your importance. A country like India and with your track record can hardly embarrass anyone but itself. Didnt we see what happened with isolating Pakistan? That went quite well didnt it?

Dont bother about Afghanistan, Iran, BD, Maldives, SL Nepal etc... Indians on PDF will ensure that Pakistan is never isolated...

PR China is concerned. So we should not test our own ICBMs? Why? We don't have the luxury of having tech sold to us by the US or Russia or China. We are forced to develop these strategic assets ourselves. So, what choice does India have?

Chinese began their downfall.
Whatever they did for their own purposes and interests,whatever they did for countering India is really biting them in return .
Their aim was US .When ever they began to divert their attention to India that downfall began to happens.
In diplomacy,soft power India has some advantage .And China's friends choice was wrong .
At the end US won.
Chinese big dream is already stunted because of their petty issues with India.

Joint venture still means Russian input. Now how much was Indian input is questionable but i will leave it to that for some other thread. My point is others had sell you tech in the past and will continue to do so in the future contrary to your claim of not having the luxury.

All I know that India produces 81 out of 94 defined missile technologies compared to US's 94, China's 92 (but Pak's 39).
And that's why India's 40% input in BrahMos is credible.
