Will War against Terror end?

Dont know about the world. But in Pakistan it is possible with right strategy, policy, democracy, higher education, justice, advocating tolerance and mutual respect in the media and by making distance between the state and religion.

Who made terror. Islam or west ? In whole world by the name of democracy who is occupying muslim worlds?
