A few months after details of a new Chinese light tank designed for mountainous terrain emerged in official channels, the state-run newspaper China Daily pronounced the tank the new pillar of the Chinese regime’s tank fleet. i cant understand wots the fuss about, during such drills equipment do break out... that is why maintenance crews are always deployed on every such exercises all around the world .... in fact such crews form the major chuck of personal of team ..

This is the new low for someone that I had high regard for. With a mentality like this shared by Professionals and Trolls alike, no wonder India is in such sorry state in just about every conceivable aspect, from PISA to Olympic, from HPC to Indian Flags.

And let me also add, as a professional, that as far as those who behave with decency and common courtesy towards me and my countrymen are concerned, of whatever nationality they might be, there has been no cause for complaint ever. Not even with Chinese members until this last phase of excruciating bad manners, arrogance and pompous, condescending criticism, even when it should have been unstinting praise. If you think China is perfect, that Chinese policies are perfect, that Chinese members and their manners and decorum is perfect, I have nothing to say; it is clear that nothing will permeate. On the other hand, it is clear that there is no one left among you to behave and think with rationality and even-handedness; everything becomes immediately an avenue for partisan politics, and propaganda.

So be it.

No need to gloat, folks. If you have a serious course and push your MBT hard, all sorts of stuff can happen. If there is a quality issue underlying this, then it is better to find out in a competition than e.g. in combat.

There is every reason to gloat, but, as you said, the people at the sharp end of the gloating should realise better in trials than in combat, and they should learn to be less dour and self-righteous and smile.
