terrorism will come to an end when you take back territories from afghan talibans..even in your controlled areas ANA doesn't go out of their bunkers and Talibans move freely in markets and enforce their rule of law and Talibans run their courts..Afghanistan govt have built bunkers for ana in different pars of country and when ana take control of these bunkers then after wards they confine themselves to these bunkers and they don't come out for few days when rashan comes to an end then they go out to buy rashan for next few days..Afghanistan govt should enforce their state laws on people and give a sense of security to Afghanistan ppl so they can do something for country and take a stand against Talibans..
another prob is their courts !! the irony is that most afghans trust Talibans court for quick justice instead of wasting too much time & money on afg govt courts...international community spent more than a billion dollars in aid to build up Afghanistan court system but it failed miserably..As AZAM AHMED said in one of his article that,a common refrain, even in Kabul, is that to settle a dispute over your farm in court, you must first sell your chickens, your cows and your wife.
Afg is a failed state and will remain that way for a long time until they don't solve their own problems..they can't provide basic needs to afghans and then they ask in UN to declare Pak terrorist state ??
Pak should send back 3.5 million refugees,there is no need to extend their stay in our country !!
