some people talk like now a big Long-lasting Communications satellite is deployed on a powerful SLV and is ready to lunch but the only remain requirement is the order of hassan. guys, beside of having a proper SLV or not. Iran has not any Practical satellite which to be need current government's order! it seems you guys forget that just recently Iran took back its tiny small satellite from italy. the satellite was captured due to marvelous previous government and Iran just take it back thanks to hassan.

and also since when such important and sensitive issues are in the hand of government? all military issues beside leading foreign policy is in the hand of khamenei and government is only the tool to further the subject.

whenever you have several proper satellites with appropriate SLVs then you can start to talk about lunching and government fault.

To get to that point ( a big Long-lasting communications satellite deployed on a powerful SLV) firslty we need to launch the satellites that are in the line ... for example Sharif satellite ... this the only way that we can understand our weak points to work on them something that I think it's not gonna happen under current government .

And I think i should put my money on "@$$" than "Shaghigheh" .

UCAVs and Jet fighters are two different things with different duties , therefore we need both .As simple as that .

There is no guaranty that deal get signed , and even then , there is no guaranty that Russians honor their deal ...

@Chevil it's not logical to cancel such a deal and put its money in S-129 , we need to modernize our old fleet.

I never say cancel the deal ( actually they even didn't sign it till now ) , I just remind you that except worse things and don't be so positive ...

look at scenario :
Arabs sign 10 billion dollar contract with Russia and West promise them to cancel sanction against Russia if they don't sell us anything ... and the result is clear , Russia will make an excuse and then don't give a shit to us ( like S300 )

Your point that Russian aren't trustworthy is valid but is there any other country that would sell us fighter jet except Russia? it's about our weak diplomacy that allows them to take advantage of the situation it's us that narrowed down our options ..
Moreover there are a various of mechanisms to assure Russia would deliver them , like what happened to S-300 .. we asked for compensation ...
