Agreed. A very few people are capable of such bravery. You have some of the best people in this land eligible to be called angels and some of the worst putting satan to shame.

This slow punishment really is an insult to the martyrs.

Fully agreed. She was a truly a brave lady and we must honour her sacrifice and courage

People of peshawar are saying they knew her personally and what a kind and loving heart she had. Now they've known how brave that heart was as well. Rest in peace, ma'am.

I've read about her. She stood strong between terrorists and students. What a loving and caring teacher who stood up for her students in front of heavily armed terrorists who have no knowledge/care about humanity.

Pakistan is a state where girls schools are bombed, school girls are killed, young students are shot and women teachers burnt alive but we have Taliban lover Mullah Aziz who refuses to even condemn their actions. Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat (SSP) demonstrate in Mulla Aziz's favour; all in the heart of the nation’s capital!

Irony being that Mulla Aziz is employed in a gov't mosque but cowardly NS Gov't dare not dismiss this monster.

To top it all, most of the members of the action committee are Taliban sympathisers. Don’t expect any earth shattering decisions from this bunch of shameless cowards.

Wish that our politicians could follow example of the brave Pakistani women teachers of the Army Public School, but that is a forlorn hope.

Even worse than petrol. She indeed was a brave soul, when ever I will have a daughter I will name her 'Afsha' and will tell her this brave women story.
Salute to both of these brave women, they need to be remembered forever.

The 24 year old lady who got burned definitely deserves it. May Allah forgive me for saying the following: The 24 year old stood between the terrorists and the children. She definitely deserves the award more.

The principal hid in the bathroom. And when militants couldn't get to her, they threw in a grenade through the air vent. I know i would hide in the bathroom too myself, i just think one lady is braver than the other.
