Isn't it a Thesis of Student (most probably of NUST) which somehow is posted on free essay website. Many of NUST student's projects are sponsored by NESCOM and other organizations. Whether this research in signal processing and data-linking has been implemented in BURRAQ project is a big ?
However one thing can be said that its not CH-3 (Chinese UCAV) branded as BURRAQ, in fact it is Pakistan's indigenous project which still is going through Research and Development phase.

Have we offered the UAVs which we produced to Muslim countries along with offer for JV and R&D...??? Also we have huge Asian, African and South American market which we are not exploring properly.
