salam. i have a question please. i am 20 years old (will be 21 in jan) and currently doing my 4 year BE.
i was not recommended by ISSB for 74 CAE. so, i am not recommended by ISSB only once.
now if a person is twice rejected by ISSB, he gets a third chance after completing his 16 year...
