Mate.. read it completely before commenting.. Its about entrepreneur friendliness.. Has to do with governmental mindset and not geographical positions. Surely a few shockers.. But none of the comments about Pakistan in the report are surprising. Am sure you haven't read the whole report. ;)

Actually a school of thought is that the recent attacks in Pakistan are being staged by ISI to appear innocent of collaboration with terrorists and try to fool the world into thinking that Pakistan is actually a victim of terror (what a farce)
