What's new

Pakistan Navy forces out an armed Indian Submarine from Pakistani waters.

It's common sense Indian submarine was forced to come on surface with torpedo lock, it's a massive humiliation for IN. What you think IN is stupid to allow its submarine to enter Pakistani waters while surfaced and face international humiliation?
HAHAHA you don't know anything about ASW do you? A submarine is never going to know it has a "Torpedo lock" until the torpedos are in the water, this isn't aerial combat where you have MAWS/RWR and know when you are being "painted".

Save this childish nonsense for social media, it isn't fit for a defence forum.

It was definitely a transitory movement. But the sub is still unidentified. UNCLOS says the sub and ship need to fly the flag. But no flag was shown in the photos released. IN has denied any movement. Who knows which country that sub belonged to?

IN would never accept the submarine was their's. basic concept of plausible deniability professional militaries use.

If Pakistan says it was Indian then definitely it was a Zionist Hindu Indian sub.! So don't play the innocence game. Having said that it should have been torpedoed and sunk! Maybe next time, eh? :sniper:

Who'd in their right mind give their sensitive technologies to these folks? Imagine if the sub was captured by the Paks - not at all a difficult task given near past precedences and given that the sub had surfaced - all the sub load of "foreign" staffs would've been in Pak hands. Reminds me of 65 war when an Indian pilot managed to land on the Pak airstrips and handed over the plane in mint conditions. And, the handsome PAF pilots in near oxon accent were taunting the BBC folks that the Indian pilots were making horrible ads for the British fighters...
You know it need another thread about the operating a nuclear submarine in hostile zone. Its like you give a gun in kids hand , who doesn't know the outcome . Non country in the world use the nuclear sub even for probing. Russian and American sub confront each other usually in open waters/ international waters. They never enter each other territory. But, what India does , show extreme nonprofessional.

we should have forced it to come out of water and than take POW !

Concur with you 100%! Or it should have been torpedoed unrelentlessly! WHY WAS IT NOT TORPEDOED?

Few years back, PAF surveillance aircraft was downed by the IAF, despite it being within the Pakistan airspace. This is immensely strange to allow it to be given a route out when it was advertently within the Pakistan waters on a mission no doubt to cause havoc

So strange for PN to allow it a safe passage especially when it was within the Pak waters!

Complete stupidity as usual by the Zionist Hindus! But next time we'll torpedoe them unrentlessly!

Lol, come on guys be rational. The submarine was in international waters, PN couldn't blow it up. It never entered Pak waters.

We understand your financial problems the sub would have been a great asset as your purchasing power is limited.
No we weren't going to use that Submarine for obvious reasons. The sub has been contaminated with Indians and we don't want to get our Soldiers sick. We were just going to display it in the dirtiest swamp that we have, which is close to the Indian border too for some reason:partay:
@war&peace

well the way such news is presented and then treated in pakistan i can only laugh at it trust me dear it does not happen like that but then i wont contest pakistani members claims here cause they wont understand it deu to there hyper nationalistic and anty india feelings so keep beleving what your told to but the fact is that sub "showed itself" rather than "bieng dtected" now go and ask this to any person who knows a thing about sub warfare he will tell you what im talking about

@GURU DUTT why spoil the fun, I was enjoying their partying... sub warfare is a little hard for some Pakistani members here. It's great to see response tactics and the method in which news transpires in their media.

I am unable to understand that on the one hand Indians are trying to portray this incident as normal transition through pak EEZ while on the other they are claiming to test our preparedness. so if it was the later it means india is challenging/violating the permitted parameters?

:)))))) so which other country you think would be eying Pakistan? may be it was of Afghan Navy ;) No.?
if it was unidentified sub then how can you say it was transitory?
They are just trying to diss Pakistan no matter what. At the least the ones in this thread are.

Why are you discounting the possibility that the sub was simply following UNCLOS which requires all subs to surface while transiting foreign EEZ?
It is also a VERY likely possibility. But here it is snorkelling and NOT on the surface. Two different states.

Why should we put our soldiers in unhygienic environment and stinky piece of junk?
You know we detected that sub not using any sonar but an ISDS (Indian Stink Detection System)
It had a zone of three 300 meters of extreme stink all around it

So next time Pakistan spots that, should Pakistan blow this $hit off? If India has previously denied it was theirs, it would be hard for them to acknowledge blown up boat as well.
