There is no proof as to what you are claiming to be true. Debated to death aleready, we shouldn't indulge in conspiracies.

I'm just pointing out the fact that a TTP claim of responsibility does not rule out Indian support for the TTP and their terrorists attacks.

National actions plan, military plan, on the borders, off the borders, warfare etc enough of this all. These attacks need to stop. This should be the top priority now. How? Civilians don't care. First they attacked the future of Pakistan (APS) and now students who were right at the corner to serve the country.

The attacks can't be stopped without a comprehensive civilian led plan, and even then they won't be completely eliminated (as Paris and the US can testify) - they can only be minimized.

Nothing has substantiated these allegations...

1. Were the terrorists taped chatting to their handlers somehow related to India
2. Were they caught making calls to India
3. Did they have any Indian weaponry other than the one that captured in Wars with India which is then planted for sake of media consumption.
4. Just some local news paper articles are not enough.

The way to minimise them is to target the terrorists where they are hiding (in this case mostly across the border). I think
army is waiting for the right time to do it, i hope its soon. Finally the head of the University and even local police need to be investigated for having actionable intel. The response was good but with intel available it shouldnt have been allowed to happen at all.

and i was going to write just few words and those are "Institution Building" - until and unless you do not work to build institutions, the Metro, the double flyovers, the dars , the khattaks can't help you, because end of the day its the Enforcement & Regulatory Authorities that matter, be it DRAP (drug related) or Security Association ----
we need central - that is what i would recommend , authorities to regulate the Private Security industry, which will and must have strict criteria for the licensing of Private security

Feel free to believe terrorists and their claims to blindly exonerate the terrorism perpetrated by India in Pakistan - terrorism that India has a history of perpetrating, whether in Junagadh and Hyderabad Princely States, or by supporting the LTTE, or by supporting the Mukti Bahini terrorists in East Pakistan, or by supporting the TTP and Baloch terrorists over the past decades.

I have to agree why blame india and the same goes for india. Indians seem childish blaming us when its your problem to deal with. This blaming each other must stop, you deal with your problems and we should deal with ours. Now you should go to the relevant thread and start blaming your government for what happens in india.

The NDS was caught red-handed dealing with the TTP leadership, and the NDS leadership's blind hatred of Pakistan, and strong ties with India, are patently obvious. That is the kind of evidence neither the Indians, nor Americans nor Afghans have against Pakistan.
