Hi everyone:) Many times on this forum i saw Indians making claims of Pakistani nuclear bombs or warheads yield lesser than the Indian nuclear bombs&warheads.According to the vegans they provide little deterrence. So i know the yield power of our nukes from the credible sources and exactly how much destruction by area they can cause?Like a city or in kilometers etc?

it depends

first you have standard fission uranium warheads. theses nukes are quiet useless as they are heavy and don't have the yield of plutonium warheads, which is next.

plutonium warheads are more powerful then uranium. this means you can have a plutonium warheads thats has the same yield as uranium but it will be smaller warhead.

spiked warheads
now this is common with plutonium warhead mainly. this mean when you give a nuke an accelerant. in this case it's tritium. this increases the yield 3 to 4 times, dependant on design. this is only for fission devices only though.

fusion devices are many times more powerful than any fission device, i'm not going to talk about that.

pakistan was initially known to first to poses uranium warheads which the fuel came from kahuta and krl. my personal guess would be the yeild would be around 65kt on the high end and 35kt on the low end. now we have seen more reactors being built a kahuta which are known to be plutonium. this is more difficult to estimate as i dont know how it was made. or if it contained tritium. but nasr nukes yield would vary from 0.8-5 kt and the larger shaheen would vary from 125 kt to 375 kt. again it's dependant on the design and how it was made.

Well if you are talking about the yield of Pakistani nukes that were tested in 1998, you can find data online about their yield. However it is very difficult to say anything about the yield of warheads since Pakistan does not provide any such data and a lot has changed since 1998. The nukes underwent a lot of development in design, materials and technology. I guess is that Pakistan has many fission boosted devices with tritium so as to increase the yield and a few fusion (Thermos) devices but those have not been tested yet.

Enough to prevent India from waging a full scale war and not enough to force India into submission.

What is Yield difference of Uranium based vs Plutonium based vs Tritium based nuclear weapons?

How can one numb from fission bomb to fusion bomb and then neutron bomb?

We don not expect submission from you.So purpose fulfilled.

And exactly how much damage they can cause?
1KT is enough for .5 to 1 square kilometer. But you can't say 50KT fot 50 or 60 Kms may be 5 to 8 square Kms

And exactly how much damage they can cause?

May Be this Link can Help you with the DAMAGE can be done by entering Particular Yield .... Enter the Yield Anyone provides you .. select the City U want to get result of & Detonate !

NUKEMAP by Alex Wellerstein

how Much & What Pakistan Have .. (I in my personal Capacity have no clue) ..but enough to be a valid Deterrent against any invading country for sure !

I just detonated one 45kt(largest we have i guess) nuke over delhi and 189,280 vegans died :enjoy: And in the next 24 hours 1,606,951 vegans will be dead.Imagine the damage if we drop multiple warheads.
