#PakWithIndiaNotoLakhviBail: A Cross-Border Show of 'Hashtag Solidarity'

Apparently your COAS has asked for the hanging of some 3000 odd terrorists within 48 hours...
I suppose this timely release keeps Lakhvi's head off the guillotine...

We respect the decision of the court, but also question the timing...leaves much to the imagination

Peshwa did you even check the veracity of the news? Or that COAS account on twitter is FAKE?

TBH I didn't...i saw it as a headline in passing, didn't have time to verify the claim...which is why I wrote apparent.

Fake is it?

I will not blame their courts alone. It is mentality of the judiciary at both side of the borders. How can I question the judgement of Pakistan court when our own court has shown so much leniency in Jayalalitha's case? Giving her extension after extensions.
Though both the cases are hugely difference i agree there is serious introspection needed by NS government and judiciary about the 26/11.
In jayalalitha case verdict of court effectively ensured she cant contest election for another fifteen years ..

Indians should respect the judgement of our courts even when they are wrong. He is on conditional bail, not released.

Horus, respect is earned, not demanded. When Indians came with #IndiaWithPakistan, it was not asked by Pakistanis, and Pakistanis showed their respect for Indians for standing with them in this tragedy. Similarly, you do not have to ask Indians to respect this decision of your courts, because after seeing this judgment, they are doing so without even mentioning. We are also aware that the Pakistani courts themselves are not keen on needlessly showing the finger to Indians. They simply have limited influence.

So often Pakistani courts are influenced by outside factors, and judges and lawyers threatened, that on this Indians actually empathize with Pakistanis. This outside influence of Pakistani courts has been much more harmful to the Pakistani society than to any other country. So we understand, and yes, we all not only respect, but even admire this judgment by the Pakistani courts and are grateful to the Pakistani parliamentarians for this gesture!

Indians:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Common admit it u indians yr Peshawar drama has really backfired.:haha:
good you see peshewar as a drama... 140+ life mean nothing to you.. shows how you feel about it..
i know i am wasting my time, putting my words here but none the less....

let me ask you few question ..
1. is he terrorist ? or mujahid or freedom fihgter ? your view
2. Why he is in jail so long?
3. why judges went back from same case and why ?
4.is pak judiciary is independant and fearless and have high integrity both in terms of system and public view ?

we are not againt pak judiciary we agiasnt the way thins are happining and going

Wow if even "elected" politicians cant do anything who the hell is pulling strings? Werent these eggheads wasted votes on to help solve countries problems! Idiots at new levels!

Yar, this problem is much more severe than it appears. Many times those who spew hatred toward other sections of the society are let free on bail because otherwise it will be the judges and the lawyers themselves who will become the first victims. The ones intimidating the state of judicial affairs are the ones who are looking to make Pakistan "purer" by the day. It has happened so many times that those let on bail have called for killing of Shias/Ahmedis and the courts could only helplessly watch and face the flak for letting them out. These people are the ones who think of Pakistan's constitution as un-Islamic, and feel no shame in empathizing with groups like the TTP. Their numbers may be small, but only in comparison with the Pakistani population. Enough of them are out there to make the judges run for life if the judgment were to go against what these people deemed fit.

Singh will also be meeting Israel's minister of public security, Yitzhak Aharonovich, and National Security Adviser (NSA), Yossi Cohen, who would accompany him on a helicopter tour of bordering areas.

India and Israel have signed three agreements related to homeland security which covers important areas such as cooperation in preventing organized crime, human trafficking, cyber crimes, money laundering, counter-terrorism and fight against spread of fake currency notes.

Cohen had last month met Singh, NSA Ajit Doval and senior diplomats at the ministry of external affairs in Delhi to discuss 'common challenges' faced by the two countries and their solutions, emphasizing his country's 'willingness to expand cooperation in all fields and in any level.'[/QUOTE]

Rajnath Singh arrives in Israel, security ties to get boost - The Times of India

I was watching NDTV yesterday. Amongst the Pakistani guests there were two aunty jis. I was very disappointed to see even normal people slowly beginning to get callous towards Indians and mouth the lines of their politicians and army and ISI. Balochistan this and that. All the while when there is a widow of the Mumbai attacks on the show listening patiently and without drama, and a young guy who suffered both in Mumbai as well in the German Bakery blast.

Pakistani Civil society (you guys on the net at large and here at PDF) is the last hope Indians still have for anything positive coming from Pakistan. Now it looks like slowly the cancer is spreading (has already spread) there as well.

Welcome to the Pakistani judicial system the most corrupt of all.
Don't worry our Judicial system also sucks but the main difference between us is that our Judges and prosecutors don't usually face life threats unlike their Pakistani counterparts and hence can prosecute any terrorist without any fear.
The first and the foremost thing for the Pakistani establishment is to safeguard the safety and security of it's judicial officers and their families and only then they can deliver proper judgement without any fear for their lives.

yr welcome to go to international court of justice.
