Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expects same tough stance from India as Bangladesh’s to combat terrorism

In an interview with Kolkata-based Anandabazar Patrika on Friday, she said: “India needs to take actions to destroy Bangladeshi militants operating from India much in the same way Indian militants have been obliterated from Bangladesh’s soil.”

Ok. So what steps have you undertaken to mitigate the Hindu threat? On the other hand, I agree that those who are religiously persecuted have a right to shift elsewhere to save themselves. Hindu (or Muslim for that matter) Bengalis in Bangladesh doing anything to hurt the country amounts to treason, which in my opinion is punishable by death. Let's hope it doesn't get to that. Why should Hindus in Bangladesh hurt their own motherland? Although we are a Muslim country, nevertheless, we pride in our secular constituency.

But whichever we look at it, we not going to allow India to control Bangladesh. And if there are any politicians who wish to cede control of any Bangladeshi land, property then they will be held accountable. They will have to pay, possibly even with their lives.
