India has ABM but no defence against cruise missiles.
That gives Pakistan crucial and reliable strategic advantage by habing a veriety of short and long range cruise missiles..

I believe if N-submarine is underdevelopment then SLCM should be too. so that when submarine is ready is ready we have something credible to fire from it . we can not waste years to build SLCM after the submarine is in sea water or it will be like a soldier without gun.
But still i need some credible source to believe 1500 km version of babur.
