I think it is currently available, Go to Search than Advance Search then Choose your Section & the thing you want to search & Enjoy .

What i understand is defence is common and simple english word, easy to read and remember, before launch of any site around the world, the administrator has the duty to keep in mind his audience, and in my opinion, defence is easy to remember for speakers of all languages, defah-e-Pakistan might be suitable for Urdu and persian speakers, not all.
