Featured F-16.net confirms Su-30MKI loss on 27th Feb

Lol.. delusional as ever. The day Pakistan can kill a Su 30 MKI, that day moon will come down to earth. Don't fool your self with propaganda lies and deceit.

Both Pakistan and India will lie, deceive, and issue propaganda to suite their agenda, they've done it in the past, and they'll do it again. But if we go with the available data, there are certain indisputable facts.

  1. The IAF missed their targets on 26 Feb, independently verified.
  2. The PAF successfully targeted an indian army position in IOK and struck it close by using the H4 standoff weapon, as demonstrated using SOW sensor footage and independently verified using satellite images.
  3. The PAF shot down an IAF Mig-21 in its own airspace and captured a pilot.
  4. The shot down IAF Mig-21 did not fire any missiles and still had its drop tanks.
  5. The indian air defence shot down one of its own army Mil Mi-17 helicopters, which may have been on a SAR mission.
  6. The IAF showed an AMRAAM fired from a PAF F-16, which appears to have detonated, implying that it struck an aircraft.
Based on the above facts, the PAF claim of at least hitting an IAF aircraft, which it claims was an Su-30MKI, in IOK airspace holds greater credence than the IAF claim of shooting down a PAF Viper.

Modi is right. It was the Indians that crossed over, damaged construction equipment and injuring two workers severely. The brawl happened on Chinese side of LoC.

LAC, not LoC.

LoC is only used for India-Pakistan border.

India doesn't recognise Chinese LAC so "no incursion" means it is a tacit admission by Modi that the territory up to Finger 4 is Chinese. India can't stake a claim up to Finger 8 and then say there is no incursion. Can't have it both ways.

I've been told that could just be wreckage from a missed missile. Is that true?
It cant be. The missile detonate like this only in case of proximity fuse i.e. detection of aircraft in range. In all other cases missile will fell down after burning the fuel.

In this is the case then missiles will more likely end up in the form of migs missles. i.e. parts broken but still available.

Folks, it cannot get more impartial and official than this.

F-16.net has officially attributed an Su-30 kill to airframe #84606.

It is pertinent to note that F-16.net is run by professional staff from the United States and just recently they were able to validate the Su-30 kill through different sources in the military circles.

Cheers.

They have removed the part regarding the Su.30 hit now.

Congratulations.
So user changes made to some database of an online forum has achieved the miracles that couldn't be done in reality. Cheers!

F16.net database is maintained by their admins. You can send them requests, but they check and verify, and it's upto their discretion.

No, the AIM 120 can self destruct if it never reaches the aircraft, I think.

So does this mean F-16.net will either have to provide their source or remove this claim? Indian online Vultures will be onto them like a pack of rabid dogs in no time.

Yes, F-16.net has now removed the claim, although they still state that the AIM-120 "hit" the Su-30MKI, but can not verify of an actual kill, i.e. aircraft destroyed. The "hit" could also mean that the AIM-120 hit chaff and detonated.

Apart from this, at least Three different radars confirmed the kill, Shooter F-16s own APG-66, Erieye AWACS and GCI as well as at least one other member who was part of the package.
windy, I still remember you used to promise every month after feb27 that PAF would make Radar images of su30 kill public.

It's been 15 month gone since Feb27 of last year skirimish, we are still waiting even ounce of evidence on that regard, all we got to see a fixed plank declaring F-16 shot down an Indian Su30.

Even that plank was useful, because even 10 month into the skirmish most Pakistanis thought a Jf17 shot down Su30. Cheers.
