1st Semi Final : India Vs New Zealand

This is a topic of too much uncertainty so I'll stop here but it really makes me think are English bowlers really that good? Especially when Kohli was complaining about the boundary being that small.

I wouldn't be too upset because Pakistan history of chasing is horrendous but in modern cricket total of 240 is easy pickings. However I did not see the start of Indian innings and those 3 balls the top order got might've been pretty damn good and if that's the case then I wouldn't be upset with this fight.

Funny thing is, I have seen every Indian game from start to finish this WC, sans two, England and Today’s match! For some reason that damn 5:15 am alarm just didn’t register. By the time I turned on, it was DK getting caught Jonty Rhoades style.
Could it be me? Should I have done more? Lol

y'all dig a hole for Pakistan and then promptly fall in yourselves! :omghaha:
India vs New Zealand: India crashes out in Cricket World Cup ..

Wrong hole. We made it to the semis.
That analogy would work if we didn’t make it to the semis due to some misfortune or our own poor performance

Just watched highlights,, yaa disappointing end to a good campaign.
Early wickets were crucial.NZ bowling shined through..
This r the kind of conditions n pitches whr great batsmen r made.the regular flat pitches have swayed the game too much in batsmens favour.wish thr cud me more of such pitches.we went down fighting,Great innings by jadeja.
Frm 6 down under hundred to taking it this close. Well can't complain much.

Exactly. You cant really blame the team for what happened today. It was just a short phase of bad cricket. It can happen to best and it did happen to the best today.

Matches, where Pakistan is not playing, are easier to watch as there is no emotional involvement. I saw the whole match and enjoyed it thoroughly. Any team could have won, in the end, Kiwis prevailed but either team could have won.

My commiserations to India for the loss. Nevertheless, the Indian team performed very well in the previous matches and I compliment them for their cricketing prowess.

There was more going on with Dhoni for people who know cricket.

Even the bowler Lockie Fergusen was shocked when Dhoni simply let a wide short ball go without even moving his bat or show any intent to flick the ball. Something he did do 7 balls later and scored a six but Jadeja was gone by then...

Then Dhoni didn't care to dive to save his wicket and literally threw the world cup final away.

Karma is a bitch indeed...remember how Dhoni did even more obnoxious blocking against England and taking singles that looked deliberately ridiculous according to both Nasir Hussain and Saurav ganguly...So what he did by design against England gave him good practice to repeat the feat when the odds must be really good if India lost...

Just imagine what would have happened if only Dhoni had dived to save his wicket and secure his team a place in fnals...

Amazing coincidences that many a bookies would be celebrating due to the odds in favour of India after over 40 onwards.

Easy to see who has class in this forum. Thank you sir.
