Pakistan dollar has Chinese money to depend on. India has nothing and backer to rely on.

Rupee decrease in the last week is solely because of collapse of Turkush Lira, thus it is not because of weakness of economy but because of external factor.
Most non dollar currency has fallen in last 1 week due to Lira downfall especially emerging ones.

It is not waste .RBI is just absorbing extra rupees in the market and returning needed $ for time being .When rupee gains RBI will float it back absorbing extra $ in the system .So its continuous process not wasting anything .If you give last ten year data about loan payment and reserve back up then only one can analyse situation is bad or good .Absolute numbers always misguide without supporting data ..

Pak dollar is getting stronger after getting 30 bn dollar another loan from china to pay Chinese loan .

Agreed but this is done for short-term and the problem here is that rupee continues to fall and RBI has been unable to control the out flow of dollar. It would have been successful if fall stopped but it is not stopping and now when RBI trays to make the buyback rupee will crumble.
