In here they can join only as Lieutenant, they have to be in Combat training for an year before they are promoted as Captain, two of my friends are Captain right now

I think its a short service commission just like CDS in India but after completing training you gets the lieutenant rank.

its not regular commission they will never become generalIn here they can join only as Lieutenant, they have to be in Combat training for an year before they are promoted as Captain, two of my friends are Captain right now
