It is unrelated to the number of Muslims in the country. The Prophet of Islam was invited to rule Medina when Muslims by belief and faith were still a small minority. Medina had many thousands of people, maybe over 20,000, but in the first Battle of Badr to defend Medina from Makkah there were only 300 Muslim soldiers. ECO (Economic Cooperation Organization) should be made operational with removal of Customs Duties just like EU. Turkey, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan can pave the way for others to join in a sort of Non-Aligned Movement type international politics.
