Its a fake video created by some tv channel may be. Mr Fake Zardari is giving a speech and introducing his son..... lots of bullets are fire amidst their conversation and the way both speak is funny

I'm pretty sure this is made my Royal Canadian Air Farce, a well known comedy show in Canada. Even if it isn't, Mr. Fake Zardari is definitely one of the cast members from that show.
