Sir Junior Moderator has Red/Orange Colour while the Senior Moderator has Brownish Colour

No actually you have greater responsibility and powers enabled after getting promotion. Take it as Int'l MOD being a respectable Justice of District Court, Junior Moderator being the respectable Judge of High Court and Senior MODs being the justice of Supreme Court. All of them having the same basic features of banning members/sentencing and reversing ban etc with added features and responsibility after getting promotion.

No every Moderator has the same basic features of banning members. We don't ban manually, we just give infraction and the ban is automatically awarded to you based on the number of infraction points you have accumulated.
