It is not legally disputed. Please understand the difference between legal disputes and territorial disputes.
Legally entire J&K is Indian land.

And in any case, Israel is Jewish land. Its not a muslim land by any stretch.

Oh for your gods sake. Read before you rant. The Raja of Kashmir had all the rights. All princely states did. They were legally given the option to choose and the Raja did choose. He signed the IoA.

The land historically belonged to Jews, then the romans kicked them out and the cycle continued till jews and christians kicked muslims out. Because you, choose to fixate on a particular period of time when muslims were living there does not mean it becomes muslim land.
You can(if you want) choose to look at different periods of time when muslims were not on that land.
