I would say no country other the Chinese apparently would 'test' anything like invading the sovereign territory of the host country, causing an international incident, while they are invited guests. It is beyond stupidity to sabotage your own visit when you seek to better the ties with a country.

I tell you; not a single foreign policy analyst has figured out what has to be the dumbest diplomatic move by a country.

I believe it has something to do with how they were raised up with Chinese values ,teachings of Sun Tzu and the various Empires in China and how they dealt with their enemies using statecraft.
Must be their version of "Good Cop,Bad cop"

Xi Jinping will deliver the warning to Swaraj herself: China + Pakistan + Sri Lanka will smash India into pieces from all sides! Russia already gave us the kill codes for all Indian weapon systems.
