Yes u are right most probably it was doctored. I did not bother to check because that could happen. From 2000-2006 Hezbollah fighters used to stand right on the border in similar way.

It's very odd that fighters who want to "march on Jerusalem" never attack Israel when they border them directly.
Then again, Palestinian militias hardly ever do it either. Abu Nidal for example spent most of his time killing Arabs and Westerners.
