First, US doesn't care about democracy -- never has -- but only in pursuing its interests. I mean look at what they did to Pakistan's democracy. US never cared about Kashmir. Why would they now? Second, so what if most Kashmiris have boycotted the polls. Not the first time this has happened either. And no one is forced to vote in a democracy. If they chose to stay home then that's their prerogative. Government will continue to function.

Voting starts at 7:00am and the tweet was at 8:47am so the turn out is before 8:47am its normal that just 4% went for voting before 9:00am ...voting normally gets pace during afternoon so as per election comission its recorded 63% after 4:00 pm ..........
