Woman kills 17 in botched plot to kill husband

This scum thinks it is alright to kill a man if one is stressed. Moreover, I do not see the mention of any tyranny or ill behavior from husband as all she has blamed it on is pressure from her parents to marry so why in the first place she went on to try and kill the husband. This pretty much appears a case of conscious plot to murder only to get married to some other guy with whom she continued 'relations' post marriage. Sicko.

she was in love with some asshole who kept destroying her life past her marriage, while any person with a tiny bit of respect for her will leave her so she tries to accept her husband and gets a good life with him.
Her only problem is she never wanted to marry him, but regardless of the circumstances once she had accepted the marriage then it was not her right to blame the guy or deceive him by maintaining links with some asshole.

She talks about Islamic rights, she violated those rights by getting into a love affair with a guy who was not her husband. And maintained interaction and whatever other links with him despite being Islamically married to another person. This is a crude and deliberate defiance of all laws of heavens.

Only she is the culprit here no one else, and God punished her by saving an innocent life and making her a murderer of 17 others and yet there are brainless people here to find excuses for her.

She should be dead as soon as possible . Such cases can't be tolerated , she had many other legal ways to free her life but murder ? Nd that too caused many lives .. no !
This all actually also makes her an adulteress , I'm sure her husband would've been loving but she deceived him , that's so sad . It's a confusing lol

She never tried to understand her husband because shaitan had already linked her mind towards a haram relationship. And that shaitan in the shape of the guy never respected her enough to allow her to live a fine married life instead he only wanted what he can get from her. Who else will make her a murderer, but some asshole who is only interested in some physical interactions with her...

Thi is what happens when people don't respect God's ways. They plan and then God plans and their plans fall back on their heads...

Yeah . She should have guarded her chastity . There were many ways to get rid of forced marriages but murder is not acceptable .

You guys are going to say I’m a feminist - I’m not justifying the murder, what I’m saying is the forced Marriage could’ve left her to take extreme measures. The latter however is more effective and is more accounted for.

@Garfield You still need to arrange my ISI agent meeting lol

Forced marriage forces her to kill some one else who on his hand might be trying to be a good husband on his own account?
What's any one elses fault if she succumbed to a forceful marriage? What's the fault of her husband?
And she is in love with some guy who is fine maintaining links after marriage and even wants to make her a murderer, I don;t know what kind of a sick mind she was in love with.

But if you are trying to justify what she did, then no, she had absolutely no right to do that to someone for her own weaknesses, and you are on the wrong side here my friend.

Yeah . She should have guarded her chastity . There were many ways to get rid of forced marriages but murder is not acceptable .

I don;t think she had much to do with Islam unfortunately
She was in love with someone who kept destroying her faith and life even after her marriage.
And who was fine with making her a murderer...

That's not love, that's just some physical lust...and she destroyed her life and faith and everything for the love of an agent of Satan.

Technically it is manslaughter because she initially planned on killing the husband but it accidentally led to the death of rest being poisoned. I just feel bad for her because she did tell them before hand she doesn’t want to get Married and they forced it on her and even then her Husband knew too and he expected her to live with it. Yes her parents and everyone else involved were wrong too. But I do think she was mentally unstable and killing was wrong regardless
There is no such thing exist forced Nikah since she or anyone one else shout NO at Nikah when plenty of people standing beside her or him.
She accepted first may be because of her parents but later she continue her illicit relation (punishable by law) with her boy friend and conspired to kill her husband but end up killing innocent human beings. i study law little bit and as per my info she is warranted for cold heart-ed murders with her boy friend punishable by death.
I want to see her hanging along with her boy friend.

Exactly .
I'm so glad God saved her husband , sorry for the innocent lives who got killed due to it.
Looks like the Pak female folks are the ultimate warriors!!!! Brought down half the village just to protest an inadvertent marriage!!!! What will happen to the unwelcomed enemies at their neighborhoods??????

Hahah HAKIKAT, that was a murder .
While there's no doubt in the bravery of pak women , but this is a different case lol .

A woman killed 17 innocent people and here is a justification that she was under immmmmense mental torture. But if a man even beat his wife he is a bloody criminal, no body gives a damn to his mental torture. And beating is supposed to have pleasure or taking control of uncontrollable. Trying to covering a heinous crime under the umbrella of oppression is a heinous act too.

Circumstantial evidence will **** it up (too many if's and buts). Mostly police get over excited and make a mess of everuthing. I have seen way too many such cases walk free. From Judiciary's pov as well as defense pov. I'll be surprised even if it gets past session court.

If I were her lawyer, she would be sitting home.
Circumstantial evidence is a weak evidence... u think you can walk away with 17 murders? Think again... people get their lives ruined over 1... and i mean even rich folk.

Dear dear. It's not for me to judge if her motives were kosher or not, I however can do is give probable lines of defense and counter arguments that PP (public prosecutor) may come up with.

What you have to understand is, this is Pakistan - you'll be surprised that 95% of such stories are fake and cooked up by the Police. We don't have Scotland Yard or CSI (we do but ha ha, you should see these guys)

What she needs to do is get some good lawyer. They don't come cheap.
By the time this case is decided..... she wouldve spent half her life in misery.

P.S: Public Prosecutor? Do you think a family whose 17 people are killed will bet on a public prosecutor?

Kabhi aao na Court...Khushbo Laga K.

Well, maybe @DESERT FIGHTER has read a brief, maybe he can enlighten us.
Confessions are always made infront of a magistrate.

Shyt someone says to cops aint worth shyt.... as per law.

It didn't sound plausible to me, but I figured since I am no expert I'd consult you.
Dude should visit court sometimes.

I work for a PPP (LOL) Senators firm ...and im proceedin with several cases (infact I just came back to office from court).... Il show you hundred cases still awaiting justice... even fraud cases..... where the accused was cleared by a banks investigation team... still languishing even after 12 years with no relief in sight.
