I think BD can easily afford 4 Super Carriers, 7 LPDs, 2 Cruisers, 11 SSBN, 18 SSN, 25 scorpenes, 45 Frigates & 39 destroyers in the short term (2015).

After that BD can easily expand to 10 Super Carriers, 17 LPDs, 4 Cruisers, 21 SSBN, 30 SSN, 35 scorpenes, 65 Frigates & 59 destroyers in the medium term (2018).
