In Southern Indian. Chennai is experiencing it's worst flood. Normally it rains in Chennai during the October-November. It is retreating monsoon. This year, the rains have been a bit too much. However, thanks to the early warnings of the meteorological department, there has not been significant loss of lives.

particularly in Chennai, yes. Power supply is erratic. I'm in close touch with my friends there.
