Will US, India build THIS Gen Next missile together?

Why would US need India's help when India economy has all these problems. What India need is strategic partnership with the US. Also, India should be grateful for the US offer and pay back some how.

All is well untill it comes to the word strategic partnership. They have a different meaning for the word and that scares the hell out of us.

That design WAS such, minimum for a test with enough MAAL/MASALA for 45KT. It does not mean we do not have the capacity/capability for more.
