I think BD lack talent, you need a good base to attract young kids into cricket and play.

Your batsmen are good, but no consistency..they are good on their day at their pitch. Playing to the situation is not there at all.

the wrong is lack of quality production because cricket career still bad for bd ppl. In domestic cricket, players do not get good salary, even whatever they get, they do not get properly. People cheers for team in stadium but do not send their children to cricket schools. So where you will get the players ?

BD team lacks in pace bowling...
if you talk about bating firepower then we have many.
Tamim, Anamul Haque, Sabbir Rahman, Shakib , Mushfiqur, Ziaur Rahman, Shamsur Rahman and Mominul Haque. problem is also with team selection,
Sabbir Rahman is T20 Specialist. you will see him first time

Other than SHakib, all other batsmen are inconsistent. How many times did BD team score 180+? BD should start playing more against associate nations on flat decks and allow their batsmen to gain some confidence !!
