India elections: Voters shun tradition for Narendra Modi

India's new prime minister Narendra Modi will be sworn in on Monday following his party's success at the recent general election.

The Hindu nationalist has been attributed with attracting voters from both urban and rural areas and shattering caste and identity politics in India.

The BBC met some of the people who shunned traditional voting patterns to help bring him to power.
